For the model sheets gallery, could we possibly have a subgallery (or even a seperate one) of model sheets people submit that give permission to other people to use and model from? I have a few sheets to donate and I know that my hardest job is doing model sheets when all I really want to do is practice my modelling.

To be honest there are MORE than enough "galleries" in this group - some redundant to be honest - such as separate galleries for characters and creatures which should be combined - the fact that there are two pages for galleries makes some people miss what galleries are there.

I think that all of the model sheets are supposed to be able to be referenced for modeling. The only thing I can suggest is maybe that there be a little more direction on how the character sheets are done (neutral "T-Posed"?) Having said that I suspect that would cut down on the number of submissions. Maybe something can be said, but the folder would just have to remain open to all kinds of model sheets and 3D artists can be open to re-interpret slightly the model sheet characters in some cases instead of completely modeling from them. Then we can hope for more good model sheets.

Hey guys, I noticed in the tutorial section that there isn't really anything for Maya. So firstly I have to ask if there's anyone using Maya and secondly, if they or anyone else wants a tutorial. I think that a broad selection of tutorials from different programs would great and I'm willing to help it along as much as possible!
We'd be thrilled if more people submitted tutorials for any app. I know we've got maya users here, just no one had submitted any maya tuts yet.
